The results of this year’s National Student Survey (NSS), just published today (12 August) show that the University has recorded its highest ever overall student satisfaction level for the third consecutive year!!
We have also gone up five places in the league table for Overall Satisfaction this year, for the UK higher education institutions that participated in the NSS this year. And it hasn’t stopped there …..we have also increased our scores for teaching, learning resources and personal development. Similar to last year, our largest increase in score is for NHS Practice Placements which has gone up too!!
Vice-Chancellor, Professor Rama Thirunamachandran, said:
“We are delighted to see that our overall student satisfaction level continues to reach a record high for a third year. These results are testament to the hard work and commitment of staff across the University, who create an experience that is positive and inclusive for all of our students.
“We very much value the feedback we receive from our students through the NSS and our own University Student Survey. It is important that as a University we use these opportunities to listen to our students and fully involve them in our future plans to ensure we maintain and improve the experience for all our current students, and those who will be studying with us in the future.”
